Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2022 shows come to an end. However, beauty looks did not as beauty is coming out with extraordinary fashion looks, hairstyle and make-up, following the latest trends from the season.
Stéphane Rolland, Chanel, and Giambattista Valli fashion brands, have displayed oustanding make-up, hair and nail moments perfect for our daily lives, and some others slightly extravagant yet created for those people who like extravaganza, art, and why not, glamour.
Beauty looks have been refashioned at Fall-Winter’s latest shows. For instance, Elie Saab and its shimmering layer of glittering flakes and the fuchsia-powdered cheeks spotted at Viktor & Rolf. Lips have been just the Queen of the season, as they have been present in the majority of fashion shows. Alexis Mabille tried the just-bitten berry, Schiaparelli the pillar-box red lips, ones and Zuhair Murad the pillowy “gym lips”.
The most courageous and fearless statements were in the form of eye detail, hairdos, and even exaggerated nails. Regarding hairstyle, braids were the key – and big, literally. Take, for instance, Giambattista Valli’s minimal ponytail plait seen at its latest show. In addition, cool girl waves at Chanel screamed summer effortlessness and Viktor&Rolf’s collection highlighted pink lashes. Armani Privé showed off smoky eyes on the runway. In the nail department, Iris van Herpen reigned supreme with their larger-than-life appliqués, giving a new meaning to the term ‘statement nails’.
