One of the most important events in the fashion calendar was concluded just a few hours ago, giving Hollywood’s A-listers, social personalities, and music’s elite the chance to show off their stunning ensembles on the red carpet. Each year, the Met Gala comes together to celebrate the museum’s new exhibit. Our favourite celebrities brought their breath-taking and glamorous ballgowns, as this year’s official theme was “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty”. This year’s Met Gala failed to disappoint. According to the official calendar, there will be a public exhibition of the 150 looks, alongside original sketches from Lagerfeld’s archives on May 5th.
The looks spotted on the carpet were extravagant, cosy, and eye-catching as ever, reflecting and paying tribute to the life and style of the later designer, artist, and creative director, Karl Lagerfeld, who passed away in 2019 and harnessed many muses for Chanel, Fendi, Balmain, Patou, and more. The likes of Dua Lipa, Anne Hathaway, Emily Ratajkowski, Jennifer Lopez, Roger Federer, Naomi, Bad Bunny, and Paris Hilton truly stole the show in their incredible outfits, bringing style and glamour to the carpet.

Anne Hathaway looked stunning at the Met Gala 2023. For the occasion, she opted for a custom-designed look from Atelier Versace-inspired by Chanel in tweed fabric, pearl detail, and camellia rose chest and a DNA-bearing story of Legacy Versace.
DUA LIPA
Dua Lipa looked completely gorgeous at the Met Gala 2023 gala event, exuding royalty, and timeless glamour. For the occasion, she wore a vintage figure-hugging corset bodice designed by Chanel. The dress was originally part of Chanel’s fall-winter 1992 collection and featured a low neckline, plus a full skirt with pockets and trimmed in tassels.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell slayed on the Met Gala’s red carpet as she opted for a Chanel vintage gown from the label’s Spring-Summer 2010 collection. The look featured a pink fabric draped over one shoulder with a shimmery bodice and matching silver trim. She also wore silver heels to complete the look.

Jennifer Lopez made a stunning arrival on the Met Gala’s red carpet, wearing a black-and-pink Ralph Lauren gown. The Shotgun Wedding star also wore a black veiled headpiece, long black gloves, a pair of platform shoes, carats diamond studs, a clutch, and a black train attached to the back.

Co-chair Roger Federer looked amazing on the Met Gala 2023’s red carpet, wearing a simple yet chic look, which included a sharp black Dior tuxedo, a bow tie, and a pair of sunglasses for a touch of cool.
