It’s all about music and the fans! But it is also about fashion, and the stars have some fun with their fashion for the iHeartRadio Music Awards 2023. The most-anticipated annual ceremony took place on Monday (March 27) in Los Angeles, California, at the prestigious Dolby Theatre, and the artists in attendance ditched their usual and glamorous ensembles. Hosted by music icon Lenny Kravitz, popular stars, from singers to models, showed up in their most head-turning looks! And favs pop, and rock artists such as Lady Gaga, Lizzo, Doja Cat, Taylor Swift, Machine Gun Kelly, and Bad Bunny were nominated for multiple awards, including Song of the Year and Artist of the Year. In addition, other music genres were also recognized during the night event, as country music stars from Carrie Underwood to Kelsea Ballerini were also up for multiple nominations.
This year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards brought out an admirable collection of sequins, gowns, jumpsuits, and some zany coats from the likes of Taylor Swift, Madison Beer, Pink, Bebe Rexha, and Becky G, amongst many others. Bold colours, prints, shiny clothing, monochrome looks, and stunning makeup looks were spotted on the red carpet, giving us a hint of the latest trends for the season. Here’s a rundown of some of the best and most eyebrow-raising looks of the night.
MADISON BEER
Madison Beer showed off her enviable figure in a sparkling silver dress by Paco Rabanne from the label’s Spring 2023 collection. The look was crafted in a chainmail style and was connected to a matching skirt via a PVC bodice.
TAYLOR SWIFT
Although the singer did not walk the red carpet, she did attend the ceremony to accept the iHeartRadio Innovator Award. She looked amazing and oozed sassiness in an Alexandre Vauthier’s jumpsuit. It featured long sleeves, shoulder pads, and a hood.
PINK
Pink added a glamorous touch to her flowing, white ensemble designed by Robert Wun. The dress featured a floor-length pleated skirt and a blazer top with cape-style sleeves. She paired the look with a diamond necklace statement earring, and a natural makeup.
BEBE REXHA
Singer Bebe Rexha got it so right in a classic black dress, which was crafted from black velvet. It also featured a row of feathers lining its off-the-shoulder neckline.
BECKY G
Becky G sparkled in a sheer all-black lace dress by Julien MacDonald from the designer’s fall-winter 2023 ready-to-wear collection. She completed the look with strappy platform heels, crystal hoop earrings, and an on-point “rich girl” mani.
