At 14, she started participating in small fashion shows in León, and it wasn’t long before she made a significant mark by winning the Miss Castilla y León pageant. Despite not pursuing the national title due to other opportunities, this victory paved the way for her illustrious career.
Over the years, Sheila worked for numerous high-profile brands across Europe, including stints in England, Sweden, and Germany. Notably, she became the face of a campaign for Yamamay and represented established Spanish brands like Pikolinos, Masqmai, Inditex, and Women Secret.
In recent years, Sheila’s career has soared to new heights. Her work with Versace in Sydney was a highlight, showcasing her versatility and international appeal. Sheila’s upcoming projects include a campaign for Chanel and a global cosmetic campaign with La Roche-Posay set for 2025. “The last ten years have been dedicated to my career, and for now, I continue to travel and sign new contracts in cities like New York and Los Angeles,” she shares.

Residing in the Balearic Islands, she feels a profound sense of peace and inspiration. “I don’t have a favourite island as each one is special and brings me different sensations,” she says. Sheila enjoys sailing in the Mediterranean, horseback riding along open routes, and practising fencing whenever she finds the time.
Music is another passion that fuels her creativity. She enjoys playing the Baroque lute, handpan, harp, and piano, reflecting her multifaceted personality. “There are many things I enjoy in my free time, but this is just a summary,” she remarks with a smile.
Sheila remains grounded by staying true to her character and personality. “How do I stay firm in this whirlwind world? Although no one said it would be easy… I do it by being myself,” she asserts. This authenticity has endeared her to many, connecting her deeply with different cultures and lifestyles.
While she enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures, Sheila’s heart belongs to Spain. “There are a couple of places in the world that are magical and idyllic for me, but I can say that the love I feel for Spain is very great,” she expresses. Her affinity for high fashion includes a preference for Italian brands, classic vintage pieces, and 100% organic fabrics, highlighting her unique taste and commitment to sustainability.
Among her numerous career highlights, Sheila fondly recalls her experiences with Etam. Her first show with the brand in Saint Tropez was particularly exhilarating, with crystal flowers adorning her outfit. The second show in Paris, held at the prestigious Le Meurice hotel, was equally iconic. “I prepared physically and mentally for an entire week, staying at the renowned Le Meurice hotel,” she reminisces. These moments stand out as unforgettable milestones in her journey.
Looking ahead, Sheila is excited about a personal project in Spain that is unrelated to fashion. “I will be very involved next year, looking towards a not-so-distant future,” she hints. This new venture promises to be another avenue for her to express her creativity and passion.
